Welcome Home Journey Wheeler!
My name is Journey Wheeler and I will be teaching Mathematics at James Madison Preparatory High School. I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Family & Child Sciences and a minor in Mathematics. This is my first year teaching, and I couldn't be more thrilled to begin this journey (pun intended)!
I’ve always had a natural love for numbers, patterns, and problem-solving. I’m passionate about helping students build confidence in math and showing them how it applies to everyday life. Whether we’re breaking down equations, exploring real-world applications, or working through challenges together, my goal is to make learning math meaningful, encouraging, and fun.
