James Madison Preparatory High School (JMPHS) invites current families, guardians, and prospective students to attend its upcoming Parent-Teacher Connect event on Thursday, September 10, from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
Designed as an evening of open dialogue and academic collaboration, the event gives families direct access to teachers, counselors, and school leadership. In addition to current enrolled families, JMPHS extends a special invitation to prospective students and families interested in learning more about the school’s academic programs and community environment.
Event Schedule & Highlights
3:30 PM – 5:30 PM | Classroom Connections: Parents can walk the halls at their own pace, meet individual teachers, review current student progress, and tour school facilities.
5:35 PM – 6:00 PM | JMPHS Town Hall & Community Q&A (Gymnasium): Attendees will gather with school administration, department heads, and counselors for an open forum covering academic updates, campus culture, and future plans.

To ensure community voices are addressed, attendees can submit Q&A topics ahead of time. Submissions can be made online at
or via the QR code printed on event materials. Paper submission forms will also be available at the welcome table upon arrival.
